This closed facebook group provides you with 7 workouts a week. I will personally work out your calorie and protein target based on your goals. It also includes daily challenges, recipes and lots of educational information. Perfect for those who don’t have time for the gym/ don’t feel comfortable in the gym. It can all be done from the comfort of your own home.
Personalised training plans for the gym or at home, tailored to your goals. Nutritional support (calorie and protein goal calculated) and weekly check ins.
